Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Applicaton

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is designed to allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who want to immigrate to Canada and settle in a specific province. It’s an excellent pathway for applicants who may not meet federal Express Entry requirements but have the skills and experience needed in a particular region.

How This Process Works

Each province and territory runs its own PNP streams, tailored to meet local labour market needs. Some PNPs are aligned with Express Entry (called “enhanced” streams), while others are “base” streams managed independently.

Popular provincial programs include:

  • Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
  • British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP)
  • Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)
  • Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Once nominated, candidates can apply for permanent residency either through the federal Express Entry system or via a direct PR application.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Have a valid job offer (for some streams)
  • Demonstrate intent to live and work in the nominating province
  • Meet work experience, education, and language requirements
  • Receive a provincial nomination certificate

At KGH Immigration Ltd., we assess your eligibility for various provinces and help you apply to the most suitable PNP stream for your goals and background.
